As a Director of Development and Construction, Adam is responsible for identifying and delivering new industrial development projects in the western U.S. Prior to joining Cabot, Adam served as Vice President of Development for Brookfield Properties, where he managed an industrial development pipeline of 12 million square feet. He also spent several years at Duke Realty in a similar role focused on industrial development, and at Kimley-Horn, a national civil engineering firm. Adam graduated from Virginia Tech with a degree in civil engineering. He is an active member of NAIOP SoCal.
