Drawing on over 15 years of direct experience, Ali has a broad background, exceptional leadership capabilities, and strong accounting knowledge. As CFO she is responsible for our Corporate, Client and Property Management Accounting Teams, Treasury, and Tax and works closely with our Capital Markets Team. Prior to Cabot, Ali served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Marcus Partners, a vertically integrated real estate private equity firm. She also worked as an Executive Vice President at Easterly Government Properties (NYSE:DEA) in a variety of roles, including as Chief Accounting Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Compliance Officer. While there, she guided the firm through its initial public offering on the New York Stock Exchange. Ali launched her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and she holds a B.A. in Economics and Accounting from the College of the Holy Cross and an M.S. in Accounting from Boston College.
