As a Director of Investments, Chelsea sits in Cabot’s Orange County office and is directly responsible for sourcing and closing investments in the Western US. She began her Cabot career as an analyst on the Asset Management team in 2014. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics-Finance from Bentley University, where she was a member of the Varsity Softball team, and a member of the Women’s Leadership Program at the Center for Women and Business. She is currently a member of NAIOP’s Industrial Perspectives IV forum, NAIOP SoCal’s Diversity & Inclusion Taskforce, and ULI Orange County/Inland Empire’s Industrial Local Product Council.
