Damian has been a member of Cabot’s investment team since 2007. He is responsible for sourcing and closing investment opportunities for all Cabot strategies in various markets across the United States, with a primary focus on Southeast markets spanning from Texas to Florida. Damian also currently leads Cabot’s disposition efforts, which range from single-building transactions to complex multi-currency portfolio-level exits. Damian serves as the Deputy CIO of Cabot’s Core investment program, helping to coordinate the fundraising, creation, and disposition of Cabot’s core portfolios. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of New Hampshire and a Master of Business Administration from Boston University.
