Keith is responsible for sourcing and closing industrial property investments in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic and South Florida. Before joining Cabot, he cofounded Tunbridge Partners, an investment company partnership with Hodes Weill & Associates focused on acquiring GP stakes in real estate investment management companies. Before that, he was a Principal with Hodes Weill & Associates representing real estate investment managers on M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory assignments. Before Hodes Weill, Keith focused on acquisitions, asset management and leasing at Shore Assets and Grubb & Ellis in New York. Keith earned a BA from Vanderbilt University and an MS in Real Estate Finance from New York University.
