Based in our Chicago office, Jon Happ serves as a Vice President of Asset Management. He assists in overseeing the North Central Region, which includes Chicago, Columbus, Indianapolis, and Minneapolis. Prior to joining Cabot, Jon was a General Manager at CBRE Inc., where he was responsible for the oversight of a 35 million square foot Midwest industrial portfolio. Jon holds a BS and MBA from Krannert School of Business at Purdue University.
