Justin oversees Cabot’s European business operations, setting the strategic direction for the region and ensuring that all decisions align with the firm’s long-term objectives. He manages teams in London, Amsterdam and Munich, balancing regional priorities with global perspective as part of Cabot’s senior leadership group. Since joining the firm in 2008, Justin has held various roles executing and managing investment activity in Cabot’s target markets. He holds an MBA from Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business and a BA from Colby College.
