Pat oversees the implementation of firm strategy to ensure positive outcomes for investors. In addition, he directs all investment activity for Value Funds VI and VII and their associated co-investment vehicles, and Opportunity Fund I. He also applies his 27 years of real estate experience to capital raising and investor outreach. Pat serves on the Investment Committee for all current, active funds and separate accounts. He has served at every level of the Investment Group since joining Cabot as an Analyst in 2000. He started in real estate in 1992 with General Investment & Development Company, holding property management positions until 1998. Pat holds a BA from Boston College and an MBA from Boston University.
