As the Head of Technology, Sam is responsible for ensuring Cabot’s technology strategy is aligned with overall organizational goals. Sam oversees the IT organization that is responsible for applications, infrastructure, reporting, cybersecurity, and service delivery. Sam has extensive leadership experience and a strong technology background with a proven history of delivering scalable technology solutions in the real estate industry. Prior to joining Cabot, Sam served as the CIO for RPT Realty where he was responsible for the entire technology platform. He also served as SVP of IT at Howard Hughes Corporation, where he was primarily responsible for the development and execution of the company’s technology vision. Prior to this, he held strategic technology roles with Goldman Sachs, Archon Group and Fujitsu. Sam holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Madras in India, a M.S. in Industrial Engineering from South Dakota State University, and an M.B.A. in Global Leadership from the University of Texas at Dallas.
