Betsy brought over 18 years of investment management accounting and finance experience when she joined Cabot in 2020, having held controller and senior finance positions at private investment management and real estate investment companies.

Since 1996, Kelly has leveraged her multi-faceted expertise to enhance all areas of asset, portfolio and property management for Cabot’s Funds and separate account clients.

Keith is responsible for sourcing and closing industrial property investments in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic and South Florida.

Michael oversees development, leasing and capital improvement programs in both value add and Core Industrial products.

Tayler joined Cabot in 2021 to source and close industrial property investments in the Central US.

Florian is responsible for acquisition and development in Europe with focus on Germany and the Netherlands.

Jed joined Cabot in 2010 to lead the firm's Asset Management activities in the UK, Netherlands and Germany.

Mike is responsible for sourcing, structuring and executing new industrial investment opportunities for multiple Cabot investment vehicles.

Crysta brings over 15 years of commercial real estate experience to leading the Chicago office in managing forty tenants and over seven million square feet of space.

Rich is responsible for portfolio accounting and reporting for the Core Fund and separate account reporting.

Based in our Chicago office, Jon Happ serves as a Vice President of Asset Management. He assists in overseeing the North Central Region, which includes Chicago, Columbus, Indianapolis, and Minneapolis.

Aimee oversees talent acquisition, employee engagement, professional development, and performance management.

As a Director of Investments, Chelsea sits in Cabot’s Orange County office and is directly responsible for sourcing and closing investments in Southern California and Phoenix.

Chris oversees leasing, operations, property management and performance of industrial assets in the Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, Phoenix and Denver markets.

Jeff joined Cabot in 2022 to source and manage debt and derivatives across all investment vehicles.

Annie is responsible for tax planning, research and compliance across all Cabot funds, its partners and shareholders.

Yu is the head of the Japan office and oversees investment activities from the Tokyo office.

Deb joined Cabot as the Controller of Cabot REIT at its inception in 1998 and remained through its sale and transition in 2002.

As the Head of Technology, Sam is responsible for ensuring Cabot’s technology strategy is aligned with overall organizational goals.

With 25 years of treasury and accounting experience, Peter plays a critical role in growing Cabot's treasury department and adopting advanced technologies.
